TextToWav is a text to speech converter. Output files can be selected to be in WAV, WMA or MP3 audio files formats.
The voice selection is impresive, with more than 30 different voices in 12 languages, from british and american english to russian, and male or female selection. In addition, the application offers the capability of setting the reading speed, voice volume and voice pitch.
